The Excel Ace Support Package is a great way to have peace of mind when using Microsoft Excel. Even the most experienced Excel user can face a stumbling block from time to time, that’s why we offer a simple and easy to access support package.
Purchased in 2-hour blocks, this support can be used as a follow on to a previously delivered project or as ad hoc support with your own Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Support is available via phone, email and remote access (but doesn’t include on-site visits).
There is no expiry on unused time, meaning you can access this service over and over again within your block and we’ll always let you know when you have 20 minutes (or less) remaining.
This support system gives you the peace of mind that there is always help at hand whenever you need it, whether it’s for a big issue or just the tiniest problem. We’ll make sure your spreadsheets keep your business moving.
Each 2-hour block is charged at £150+VAT.
