Bespoke / Ad Hoc Projects
I always conduct a free consultation with all potential Clients, where I will review their current use of spreadsheets, in order to determine if I can make any improvements. I then provide a quote where I explain the benefits they will gain (i.e. Time Saving, Increased Accuracy, Improved Visibility etc) along with an estimate of time and cost to complete the work.
Once a Client agrees to the quote, I will make the required changes to any spreadsheets, (and internal processes if required) and then provide training to enable the users to understand the new spreadsheets and any advanced functions in Excel that they will need to continue to run the process. Full documentation is also provided to support these changes and training.
This approach ensures that the Client benefits from an instant tangible benefit to their current systems, and the Users are more likely to retain and use the training in future.
For one Client I was able to reduce their processing time from 4 days per Month to 1 day.

Workshop 1: Basic to Intermediate Excel
This Workshop will take you from being a ’New’ or ‘Basic’ User to a ‘Confident’ User, able to create your own spreadsheets and manipulate them quickly and easily! This Workshop is also perfect for anyone upgrading from Excel 2003 to 2007/10 to discover the new functionality.
If you think you already ‘know the Basic’s’ then this Workshop is for you, and if you don’t learn something from it, you’ll get a FULL Refund!!
Workshop 2: Intermediate to Advanced Excel
This Workshop will build on your ‘Basic’ knowledge and provide lots of ‘time saving’ formula’s, functions and tips, and show you how to automate your spreadsheets, so that Excel is doing the hard work for you!
If you’re knowledge is limited to the ‘Autosum’ function, then this is the Workshop for you!!
Workshop 3: Advanced Excel
This Workshop pulls together the knowledge from the above two Workshops, and will enable you to maximise your use of Excel, and enable (professional looking) Reports to be set up in advance and updated at a touch of a button.
If you’d like to reduce the time you spend generating Reports, then this is the Workshop for you!!
